Schnibbles
At the end of a day of baking, there are always some pieces of Rugleach that do not come out looking perfect, and as they are moved about into packaging small pieces of fruit fall to the bottom of our pans. We call them Schnibbles, pieces of dough, dried fruits, chocolate, cinnamon, and sugar. We lightly toast them for a second time to make them extra great!
I suggest adding Schnibbles to your order and sprinkling them on your ice cream, a bowl of yogurt, or hot oatmeal. Some friends eat them straight from the jar!
